Fort Myers Musings

Fort Myers 2 Clearwater 0

  • POG: Deolis Guerra was impressive again throwing 5 shutout innings for the Miracle. Only negative was he had 5 walks, but im not too worried about him in his first start he only walked 1. In 10 innings so far this year he has only given up 1 run. Wow!
  • Whitney Robbins was the hitting hero for the Miracle hitting a 2 run HR to make the difference in the game.

  • The Snappers got the bats going a bit with 8 hits and drew 3 walks
  • Closer Blair Erickson had a day he would like to forget giving up 2 hr's and blowing a 3 run lead to blow the save.
  • The Snappers start a 3 game series tonight with Fort Wayne in Beloit. I believe Micheal Tarsi gets the start tonight for the Snappers. First pitch scheduled for 6:30
